Picasso potatoes by Mia Leda

Ingredients x 4

  • 4 potatoes medium
  • salt
  • 2/3 glasses of flour
  • 1 lt peanut oil

Making:

  1. Cut potatoes in julienne with food processor
  2. In a bowl add julienne potatoes, a spoon of salt and flour and merge with hands
  3. Boil peanut oil
  4. Crush potatoes in two spoon and make little round disk…Picasso disk
  5. Fry Picasso potato in hot oil
  6. Add salt if you want

Humus by Mia Leda

Ingredients x 4

  • 250 gr boiled chickpea (in can)
  • salt
  • 2 tea-spoon cumin
  • 1 little garlic slice
  • 1 spoon curcuma
  • half lemon juice
  • 2 spoon tahina (sesame cream)
  • olive oil
  • some water

Making:

  1. Use a blender to mix all together adding some water (from 1 to 4 spoon) until the humus is creamy.
  2. Put in a cup and eat with hot bread slices or carrots.
